These Terms & Conditions govern use of chiefcornerstonetherapy.com and the optional administrative text messaging program offered by Chief Cornerstone Therapy Services. Please also review our Privacy Policy.

"Practice," "we," "us," and "our" mean Chief Cornerstone Therapy Services in Texas, United States. "Website" means chiefcornerstonetherapy.com. "You" means the person using the website or requesting communications. "SMS program" means our optional text messages concerning appointment scheduling, reminders, and non-emergency administrative matters.

Browsing the site, submitting a form, or opting into texts does not establish a therapist-client relationship, guarantee an appointment, or constitute clinical advice. Therapy services are subject to separate intake, informed consent, eligibility, scheduling, and fee agreements. Online therapy is offered to eligible clients located in Texas.

SMS program and consent

You may choose to receive SMS messages from Chief Cornerstone Therapy Services by entering your name and mobile number on our SMS opt-in form and checking the consent box. Messages may concern appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, and non-emergency administrative matters, and may be sent using automated technology. This opt-in does not include marketing messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's charges and plan terms apply. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services or receiving care. You can communicate with us by phone or email instead. You must own the number you submit or be authorized to consent for it. Let us know if the number changes or is reassigned.

Opting out and getting help

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to (832) 802-8027. You may receive one message confirming your opt-out; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also request an opt-out by calling or emailing us. Withdrawing SMS consent does not end your access to care.

Message delivery and privacy

Delivery depends on your wireless carrier, device, and network availability. Messages may be delayed or not delivered; do not rely on a text as your only record of an appointment. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact the practice directly to confirm scheduling when needed.

SMS is not a secure clinical communication channel. Do not send sensitive health information, diagnoses, or treatment details by text. Messages may be visible to others with access to your device. See our Privacy Policy for information about consent records and service providers. SMS consent and mobile information are not shared for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.

Emergencies

The website and text messages are not monitored for emergencies and do not provide crisis counseling. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For crisis support, call or text 988. Do not wait for a website or text response when urgent help is needed.

Appointments, fees, and cancellations

A consultation request does not confirm an appointment. Scheduling, payment, cancellation, and other treatment arrangements are explained directly by the practice and in separate service agreements. Website fee information is general information; confirm applicable fees and insurance details with the practice before beginning services.

Severability and waiver

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
